NOT YOUR MOMMA'S YOGA CLASS!
Join us on Wednesday Evenings at 5:45pm for Kids Yoga. This class is geared towards children ages 4-9. Give your child the opportunity to learn how to build balance, focus, flexibility, strength, and calming techniques. We will spend one hour each week using mindful movement, music, games, activities, and more to gain self-esteem, make new friends, and have tons of fun!

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following policies:

• Registration: All participants must be registered at least one hour before the start of class.
• Payment: All payments must be made online during the registration process.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least two hours before the start of class to avoid being charged. If a class is canceled less than two hours in advance, the class credit will still be applied.
